Deep dives into the digital ecosystems we plan to engineer — from diagnosis to deployment.

Upcoming Project 01

Reconnecting Generations — IIIT Surat Alumni Network

Client: Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Surat

The Problem

Alumni data is scattered across disparate spreadsheets and social media groups. No official, secure channel exists for alumni to network, mentor students, or contribute to institutional growth.

Objectives

Build a secure, scalable web portal to verify alumni, facilitate professional networking, host a job board, and enable seamless communication.

Proposed Solution

We plan to architect a custom, multi-tiered web platform with automated verification workflows, a dynamic directory with advanced search filters, and an integrated messaging system.

Planned Timeline

Week 1-2

Database structuring and security protocol design

Week 3-5

Core feature development (Auth, Profiles, Directory)

Week 6-7

Interactive features (Job boards, Messaging) and UI polish

Week 8

Beta testing and final deployment

Expected Impact

Elimination of manual database verification
Creation of a self-sustaining alumni ecosystem
Expected significant boost in alumni-student engagement

"Our vision is to establish a unified portal that connects graduates and supports mentorship. We look forward to collaborating with KauROs to build this scalable infrastructure."

Upcoming Project 02

Logistical Autonomy — Conference App Ecosystem

Client: COMSNETS International Conference

The Problem

Managing a multi-day international conference with thousands of delegates, complex parallel schedules, and live networking without manual intervention.

Objectives

Build a native-feel mobile app with QR networking, live Q&A, dynamic scheduling, and a centralized admin CMS.

Proposed Solution

We plan to engineer a full-stack conference ecosystem with real-time data syncing, push notifications, smart networking tools, and a wrapped user-journey infographic — all controlled via a secure Admin portal.

Planned Timeline

Week 1-3

Architecture design and backend infrastructure

Week 4-7

Mobile app development and admin CMS build

Week 8-9

Integration testing and load balancing

Week 10

Deployment and live conference support

Expected Impact

Targeted frictionless scheduling for 1000+ delegates
Real-time venue navigation and schedule tracking
Automated attendee insights for future events

"Managing a multi-day conference is a logistical challenge. We look forward to leveraging KauROs' digital infrastructure to simplify scheduling and networking for our attendees."
